What is the return policy?
Damaged or defected items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items are made to order so we only accept returns on items that are defective or damaged during delivery. Please make sure you purchase the size and colour of item you're happy with as we are not able to accept returns for any other reason at this time.
How to request a return?
If you wish to return an item that is defected or was damaged during delivery, please send an email to wearekidsoftherevolution@gmail.com with your order number, details and reason for return and we'll assist you with further instructions.
How are refunds issued?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved for a refund you will be notified and you will receive a refund to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Customers are responsible for these fees.
How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order so please have extra patience with us. In general, items ship within 7 to 30 days from purchase, though they may take longer depending on the item and location being shipped to. There is a shipping estimate on the product page if you need more specific information.
